Terms and Conditions Sieso Webshop

Sieso offers an extensive range of products and ergonomic (laptop) computer accessories directed particularly in the business to business market. Therefore, all prices are excluding VAT. Sieso specialises in the setup of the complete ergonomic computer workplace, from a single desk to an entire office arrangement. The standard range can be found on this website. If you do not find specific desired products in the standard range, please contact us for special or individual needs.

Price / quality ratio
Sieso sells via the Internet and for larger organizations through personal sales by agents, resellers and other partners. Sieso's aim is to offer the best quality for the most competitive price. Sieso also aims to always provide the customer with the best possible proposition offered on the market.

Complete range and quick delivery
The standard range of products is usually in stock. This allows ordered products to be delivered quickly. The usual delivery time is 14 days. If an item is unexpectedly temporarily out of stock and the delivery time should take longer than 14 days, you will be notified. Guarantees about delivery dates and times cannot be given, as Sieso is dependent on other parties for this. Should you be absent twice at the moment of delivery, you can pick up the order at the depot of the carrier. All orders are delivered by GLS (Dutch Package Service) or by TNT Post. The delivery costs incurred will be charged. Depending on the form of payment, the delivery & handling costs vary (see below). For orders above € 500,- the shipping costs are not charged within the Netherlands.

Order and payment
With Sieso, you can make safe and guaranteed orders and payments. When you place an order, you can choose to pay up-front (pro-forma); online via credit card / PayPal; COD - cash on delivery (only within Netherlands), or a direct debit authorisation (only within Netherlands
).  If you choose the first option Sieso will, after your order has been received, send you a pro forma invoice e-mail with the payment details. Upon receipt of the payment the order is sent out. If you choose COD you pay the deliveryman cash (make sure that when the delivery is  expected you are at home with enough money to pay for the order). For customers with an existing relationship with Sieso there is the possibility to order and purchase on account.

Return Policy
When purchasing items in the web shop you cannot view, feel, fit and measure them. So we have a return policy of 7 days within which you can return any items without stating reasons for return. We will refund your payment at the latest within two weeks, providing the goods are in their original packing, complete and not damaged. Only the shipping costs made by you and by Sieso are for your own account. You then of course still carry your own travel expenses of picking up and taking back the item(s). The return policy does not apply to software.

Guarantee
Sieso buy from reputable importers and producers. We follow the warranty of these parties (usually 12 months). For Sieso’s own products there is a guarantee of 24 months. Keep the original packaging during the warranty period. Usually, you are entitled to an exchange warranty. If you have a question about the manufacturer's warranty on a particular product, we will be glad to inform you. Before you send a product back request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) file to ask which repairs and faults fall within and outside the frame of the warranty. If the repair occurs within the warranty, then all shipping costs are incurred Sieso. For repairs outside warranty conditions, all incurred shipping costs will be charged to you. For repairs outside the warranty, Sieso will send you a quotation. In this case, the shipping costs will be included in the calculation anyway.

When placing an order with Sieso you confirm that you agree to all the terms and conditions of Sieso.

When ordering via the internet this must be clear and understood during the process of ordering.


Ordering

Ordering can be done in two ways: online or by fax.

Online Order.

Click on the Online Ordering link to go to the Online Shop of Sieso. Place the desired items in the shopping cart and then fill out the electronic order form completely. Choose a method of payment and confirm the order. Then you will receive a confirmation e-mail, through which the order is confirmed and final.

Order by fax. (Only for existing customers)

This order is very simple: Download and print the Order Form*. Then fill in the order form completely, sign it and choose a method of payment (see below). Then fax the completed order form to Sieso: Fax: +31 20 4861 790. (For problems with the fax, phone: 31 20 4861 705)

Demonstration, trial or pilot

For companies or institutions who are looking for a solution to equip multiple workplaces, Sieso can make a visit to demonstrate their products, lend products on a trial basis, or set up a pilot project. For more information please contact Sieso.

When ordering larger numbers of an item, there is also the possibility to have your own company logo printed on them.
